M48 Ranger Hawk Axe with Compass United Cutlery UC2836

United Cutlery's M48 Ranger Hawl is the best companion for survival and rescue situations. This axe has a low dead weight, allowing it to be worn continuously without any signs of fatigue, and the precision-cast 2Cr13 stainless steel head has a wide, upward-curved axe blade that provides tremendous chopping and cutting performance. The spike at the back of the axe head is sharpened on both sides. Together, the spike and blade form a powerful breaking tool and are great for use as a camping instrument. The head is firmly attached to the fiberglass-reinforced nylon handle with three screws. The grip area is wrapped with paracord.

The axe can be easily attached to a backpack or belt, or hung for storage with the supplied carabiner. The scope of delivery also includes a robust nylon belt sheath with a snap fastener, belt loop, and a small side pocket that houses a marching compass.
