Tactical medical pouch for storing a tourniquet and EMS shears. The tourniquet compartment is made of elastic material to better adapt to different types of tourniquets and closes with a Velcro flap. On the top of the flap, there is a Velcro panel for patches and a red "TQ" marking, as well as a wide red strap for easy opening even while wearing gloves. The shears are stored on the back and are secured with a Velcro strap.
