Pohl Force Eight BK PF-5014 Tactical Knife

Based on the well-known MK-8, designer Dietmar Pohl developed the new Tactical Eight. Reduced in weight and more compact in dimensions, the Tactical Eight is nevertheless a full-fledged and versatile knife for professional users.
The robust 17.4 centimeter long and 6 millimeter thick Bowie blade is suitable for a wide range of applications. For high edge retention and blade load capacity, the choice fell on the well-known D2 tool steel. The black TiN coating reliably prevents unwanted light reflections. The solid, continuously hardened tang carries the handle scales made of tough black G-10. An elaborately three-dimensionally milled surface provides an excellent and secure hand position of the Tactical Eight. The pronounced and also rounded finger hollow in front of the guard element allows the knife to anticipate powerful or fine work. A lanyard hole at the end of the handle offers the optional option of mounting a lanyard (included).
The Kydex® sheath of the Tactical Eight is equipped with the proven and removable belt adapter. The extremely robust nylon and Kydex® provides the basis for a well thought-out and resistant carrying system that fully meets the high demands of a tactical knife in practice. The Kydex® sheath of the Tactical Eight is also equipped with a special insert to reduce mechanical influence on the blade finish and thus the development of scratches.
