CHEF'S CLASSIC all-purpose kitchen knife with a 3 mm thick blade made of German 4116 stainless steel. The steel undergoes cryogenic tempering to help retain its edge longer and make resharpening easier.

The blade has a Drop Point shape. The handle features a sandwich construction, with a harder Zy-Ex core and a softer, textured Kray-Ex outer layer for a comfortable grip.
