Bowie Knife of the Confederate Army
Bowie knives made their appearance in the American Civil War, which was fought between 1861 and 1865 between the northern states and the Confederate Union in the southern states.
These knives were terrifying just because of their size, they had a long blade and, above all, a metal handguard and were used as an effective tool and melee weapon.
This replica of the Bowie knife from this period has an unsharpened carbon steel blade incorporated into the CSA (Confederate States Army). The handle is made of dark wood and has a brass handguard.
The included sheath is made of stitched brown leather.
