This glove (also called a Y-glove) for archers is made of brown leather, is worn on the left hand over the thumb and index finger, and closes with a hook-and-loop fastener at the wrist. If your bow does not have an arrow rest (which is not uncommon with historical bows), then this glove protects you from injury, as arrows are shot over the back of the hand and their fletching can cause injuries.
