UTON 362-OG knife with a GR 1070 carbon steel blade, hardened to 55-57 HRc and with a blackened finish. The blade measures 140 mm and features a wedge grind; according to the manufacturer's information, only the UTON AZ is equipped with the longer blade.

• Hardened rubber handle, designed to improve grip in the hand
