Wood Jewel is a small knife manufacturer from the Finnish part of Lapland. All knives are handcrafted and traditionally processed. Natural products such as curly birch and reindeer horn are beautifully crafted into these knives. They have a blade geometry that is ideal for use in a wide variety of areas such as hunting, outdoors or survival. They perform all tasks robustly and reliably.

The Wood Jewel filleting knife is the ideal knife for filleting medium to large fish. The blade is made of stainless steel and has just the right amount of flexibility to make filleting easy. The softer nature of this steel allows the blade to bend without breaking and effortlessly glide through the fish to make the perfect fillet.
It comes with a leather sheath.
