Nakiri knives are often used for peeling, slicing, and dicing vegetables. They have a thin blade spine and, at best, a minimally bulbous cutting edge. They are very thin and thus particularly fond of cutting. Although the Nakiri belongs to the Wabocho, it has a two-sided grind.

The knife's center of gravity is shifted forward, so less force is needed when cutting. One-piece knife for professionals with a long, thin blade. Made from corrosion-resistant Japanese molybdenum-vanadium AUS8 special knife steel. The ergonomic handle made of ABS allows for completely controlled cutting.

Nakiri knives are mainly used in Asian cuisine for preparing vegetables and fruits, thanks to their double-sided grind.
