With the Samura Bamboo cheese knife, cutting cheese is no longer a problem. The handle is made of AUS-8 stainless steel and shaped like bamboo, promising a firm grip even when the hand is wet. The knives are particularly known for their longevity. If sharpening is necessary, we recommend doing it at a 17-degree angle. Due to the extremely smooth surface on the blade and handle, it is very hygienic, as no product residues stick to it.
