Thanks to the sheath design, which is compatible with the Tek-Lok™ carrying system, the knives can also be worn on the waist or belt.

4116 Stainless Steel for Knives
4116 steel is a fine-grained stainless steel for knives from Germany. It is often used for pharmaceutical equipment and high-quality kitchen knives. Its balanced carbon and chromium ratio ensures first-class rust protection and high strength. Very fine and extremely sharp cutting edges can be ground. An excellent choice for outdoor and hunting knives. Cold Steels® 4116 stainless steel is cryo-treated. This low-temperature treatment ensures significantly better strength, hardness and resistance and greater edge retention is achieved.
