The holes allow you to attach this harpoon knife to a stick or wooden pole, making it an excellent harpoon or spear that

Crafted from a solid piece of rock-hard AUS-6 stainless steel with a black oxide finish, this knife will not bend or break and
will withstand hard and repeated use.

The rubber sheath securely houses the harpoon knife and protects the sharp blade when not in use.
