The Enforcer is the successor to the Quick Release Plate Carrier (QPC) model. It is an integrated combat vest, CIRAS-style, designed to carry full ballistic protection and personal equipment in pouches attached via PALS/MOLLE modular webbing. Compared to plate carriers, it covers a larger surface area of the body and prioritizes protection over mobility.

It incorporates a quick-release system that allows for rapid egress from the vest in an emergency and also serves to adjust the fit to the user. The mechanism is hidden under a flap on the back and is easily accessible.
