Thane Viking Axe

This Windlass hand axe features many traits common to the Norse axes we’ve loved through the years. The solid one-piece forged head is made from a high-grade X46Cr13 stainless steel with a 52 RC. The comfortably contoured handle is made from Sissoo, a hardwood from Northern India and topped off with a beautiful authentic bone finish. Of note are the unique Norse engravings on this axe which are deeply etched on both sides of the handle. On the bone end is a depiction of Thor’s mighty hammer, Mjolnir.

Includes a leather belt sheath. Practical in size and magnificent on display.

Comes in a faux fur-lined box.
