Extrema Ratio Fulcrum Knife 04.1000.0082
Extrema Ratio Fulcrum Knife 04.1000.0082
Probably the milestone among multi-purpose knives. This model, which was widely used in Afghanistan as standard equipment by members of the Italian Nibbio mission, is part of an experimental project for the renewal of individual equipment, which was initiated by the Alpine Command troops. During the preparation for this important purpose, the Alpine Command troops authorized a company team to carry out a comprehensive and renewed individual equipment test. Extrema Ratio is the company chosen by the Alpine Command troops for the development of a general-purpose knife for infantry. What was needed was a knife that could be used worldwide and could successfully handle any problem that specialized equipment could not solve. The support point is an extremely stable and versatile knife. The blade bears a breaking load of over 150 kg. The tip is very stable and the Tanto profile allowed for extended work with the knife without making the last section serrated. The advanced gravity and blade weight are suitable for heavy field work. The new rigid sheath allows for comfortable and safe carrying.
