The PSS-1 field dressing table is designed for treating the wounded and performing minor surgical procedures in field medical facilities. The table weighs 30 kg and, when deployed, measures approximately 80 cm high, 51 cm wide, and 186 cm long.

The structure consists of a frame to which the central section, headrest, leg rest, and two pairs of folding legs are attached. The headrest, central section, and leg rest are made of steel frames covered with perforated sheet metal and can be placed in the desired position; once set, they are secured by the notches on the toothed bar. The legs, finished with supports, are locked with braces when the table is set up.

For transport, the table is folded by first closing the headrest legs, then the headrest itself, then the leg rest legs, and finally the leg rest. The folded table is stored in the transport case.
