This way, it's possible to attach it vertically with the handle facing downwards. The pre-formed Kydex sheath is equipped with eyelets to which both the lanyard and the attachment support can be connected.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Satre is available in three versions with two different types of steel: The Black and Stone Washed versions are made of Böhler N690 steel heat-treated to 58 HRC.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis material was chosen for its rust resistance, the longevity of the cutting edge, and, above all, for its reliability, which has proven itself effective over the years.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Black S600 is made of Böhler S600 steel\u003cbr\u003e\ninstead.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis steel is used for the production\u003cbr\u003e\nof tools for metalworking and stamp production.\u003cbr\u003e\nThanks to its chemical composition with molybdenum, tungsten, and a high proportion of vanadium, it has\u003cbr\u003e\nexcellent properties in terms of hardness, wear resistance, and toughness.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe presence of cobalt promotes the growth of small and uniformly distributed carbides, which increase wear resistance.\u003cbr\u003e\nThe Satre S600 is heat and cryogenically treated to achieve an exceptional hardness of 64 HRC.\u003cbr\u003e\nThis also makes it very wear-resistant and gives the cutting edge a lasting sharpness. Böhler S600 has a chromium content of 4.5%, making it oxidizable.\u003cbr\u003e\nFor this reason, Extrema Ratio has chosen the new EXP DARK coating.
